HVO Pasta 101 - Cooking Workshops

Participants try their hands at the time-honored tradition of making homemade pasta! 

Enjoy the fruits of your labor with recipes for a family-style meal with the pasta made in class.  This workshop will offer feature and discuss how Cabernet Sauvignon pair wonderfullly with these homemade pastas.

First Pasta: Fettuccine Alfredo

Second Pasta: Dark Chocolate Ravioli Filled with Vanilla Bean Ricotta +Hazelnut Cream Sauce

To Drink: We will feature and discuss how Cabernet Sauvignon pair with these great homemade pastas.

Workshop held in the HVO Market Gathering Room.

Please wear a facemask when not consuming the delicious menu and up and about.

Please note that due to the limited capacity for our special workshops, each registration is non-refundable, it is however transferable with advance notice. If you must cancel your reservation we will be happy to reschedule for another workshop event with a 48 hour notice prior to your event date. If emailed notification is not received we are unable to provide a credit for a different workshop.
