    Every weekend, we’re bringing a different farm animal out to the Social Lawn for a free, up-close experience designed for kids and families.

    From goats and sheep to small pigs, cows, bunnies, chickens, ducks — and even special surprise guests — each weekend features a new animal to meet, pet, and learn about.

General Rules & Policies

  • No — the farm is free to enter, shop, and enjoy food and drinks. Tickets are only required for access to the Apple Play Yard, which includes 30+ family-friendly attractions like Sproutsville, Grain Bin Basketball, the Apple Crate Crawl and more.

  • Admission to the farm itself is always free. All guests can enjoy the following free of charge:
    ‍
    ‍Parking – no charge for on-site parking.
    ‍Play Area by the Pizza Barn – a family-friendly space that’s open to all guests.
    ‍Patio near Live Music – relax and enjoy live music at no cost.
    Great Lawn, Waterfall and upper field with sunflowers, pumpkin patch and animal paddocks - explore the entire orchard

    The Activity Yard requires a paid ticket; everything listed above is free to enjoy.

  • No, please refrain from bringing outside food or beverages to the farm. We offer a wide variety of delicious options at Hidden Valley for you to enjoy.

  • No. Hidden Valley Orchards is a tobacco-free property. Smoking and e-cigarettes are not permitted.

  • No. To ensure guest safety and conservation of the farm ecosystems, guests are not permitted to wade, swim, or toss items into water features.

  • Yes. Wooded areas and any non-designated spaces are off-limits to guests unless they are part of a clearly marked Hidden Valley Orchards activity area.

  • There is no soliciting at Hidden Valley Orchards without pre-approval by the Hidden Valley Orchards team.

  • Under Ohio law, there is no liability for injury, or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location, if that injury or death results from the inherent risks of that agritourism activity. Inherent risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury related to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you, as a participant, to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. By participating in these activities, you are assuming the risks involved.

  • For the safety of our farm animals and in accordance with our insurance policy, we kindly ask that pets remain at home.

    Service dogs are welcome.

  • Guests are responsible for supervising their children. The Hidden Valley Orchards team is not responsible for children on the farm. Play at your own risk.

  • Hidden Valley Orchards is a private, working farm. We are only open to the public during posted business hours. Guests should only enter the property through the main entrance.

  • For your safety, climbing fences, structures, or our waterfall is strictly prohibited.
