  • Honeycrisp Barn

    Hidden Valley Orchard's Honeycrisp Barn is an amazing farm venue for hosting corporate or social gatherings. This indoor and outdoor space can seat up to 175 guests. Hidden Valley Orchards offers beautiful farm-house style seating with a combination of bench and cross back chairs. This is a spring to autumn weather venue.

  • Crimson Crisp Barn

    Hidden Valley Orchard's Crimson Crisp Barn is a beautiful farm venue for hosting more intimate corporate or social gatherings. This indoor and outdoor space can accommodate up to 50 guests seated, and 75 guests standing. 

  • Main Street Pavillion

    Our Main Street Pavilion is a covered outdoor pavilion with picnic tables great for group sizes of about 50 people. The Pavilion is located along Main Street, near the music stage and Crate Room, and runs parallel to the children's free-play area. 

  • Playground Grain Silos

    Enjoy our 13’ diameter Grain Silos for a fun indoor/outdoor event space! The Grain Silos are perfect for casual, 30-50 person gatherings and birthday parties.

  • Our barns are centrally located near our music stage, Crate Room and Campfire Commons for your guests to enjoy. Our private event venues are available to book for 3-hour windows - 11am-2pm and 5pm-8pm. If you’d like additional time, reach out!

  • Our catering features hearty, delicious options with menu items like tender smoked meats, fresh seasonal sides, and classic farm favorites. Think pulled pork and chicken, cooked to perfection, alongside cornbread, macaroni & cheese, and seasonal vegetables. Whether you opt for a casual or formal buffet meal, our menus are sure to satisfy every appetite. Our complimentary water, iced tea, and lemonade are perfect for fueling meetings, helping your guests stay refreshed, focused, and energized. And for dessert, bring in your own treats or check out the various goodies at the farm, from ice cream to baked goods.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Submit a request HERE. A 100% venue rental deposit is required to reserve your date.

  • Come up to 1-hour prior to your event to set up. You are welcome to bring decor, but please remove all decor at the end of your gathering.

  • Due to Ohio state liquor law, all alcoholic beverages consumed on property must be purchased through Hidden Valley Orchard.

  • No we do not.

  • Our barns are not heated. You are able to bring in heat with our team’s approval. A recommended vendor is ANS Party Rentals.

  • During Peak Season (Oct-December) we do not offer on-site catering; however, you are welcome to bring in your own catering. We do require your catering partner to provide a COI to Hidden Valley Orchards.
