About the Event

HVO Ho-Ho-Hayride will take place on December 11th from 10:00AM-2:00PM! This unique Santa experience will include a tractor drawn hayride to the HVO Creekside Christmas Cabin, Bonfire, Hot Cocoa and sounds of the season. HVO Crate Room and the COOP Cocoa Barn will be open! HVO will be serving hot lunch if you would love to partake! The Center Barn will be bustling with holiday cheer & seasonal goodies as well as a holiday coloring station open for the kiddos! Have the kids bring their letters for Santa, he will be collecting them at the Christmas Cabin. Enjoy toasting marshmallows on the patio when you return from your visit with Santa!

Please have the ticket holder check in at the front register inside the Market you will then be directed to make your way outside. The hayride will be a revolving transport from the Sycamore Tree near the Long Barn to the cabin.

Tickets: 3 Years of age and up - $12.00 each

Children under 2: Lap riders and do not require a ticket

Please arrive promptly for loading time, we will do our best to roll the wagon on time for each session! We will load the tractor drawn wagon to fit approx. 20 people (plus lap riders; children under 2).

Tickets must be purchased for each person 3 years of age and up.

Tickets are non-refundable.

This is a light rain, snow, cold and shine event!

In the event HVO must cancel the event, your registration fee will be refunded less $1.50 processing fee.

Advance registration to participate; no walk-ups this year.

No animals will be permitted to ride the wagon; please leave your pets at home for this event. Thank you.

I, the visitor,  and visitors within my party acknowledge and understand that ATI Farms, LLC dba Hidden Valley Orchards, located at 5474 N. State Route 48, Lebanon, Ohio 40536 (“Farm”) is a working farm open to the public with live animals, machinery, and farm-related activities.  I am fully aware of the risks and hazards associated with visiting the Farm and with participating in, or being in the immediate vicinity of, the associated farm activities, including but not limited to the risk of accident, injury or even death, theft, or damages sustained by me or to any property belonging to me.  Notwithstanding such risks and hazards, I agree to voluntarily participate in visiting the Farm and voluntarily participate in, or be in the immediate vicinity of, the associated farm activities, thereby assuming all such risks and hazards.  For myself and my heirs, executors, administrators, and legal representatives, I hereby waive, release, and discharge the Farm and its respective owners, members, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and assigns from all claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses of any kind, which arise from or are related to my participation in visiting the Farm and with participating in, or being in the immediate vicinity of, the associated farm activities.

The novel coronavirus ("COVID-19") has been generally declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization and COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. While rules, guidance, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist. The Releasees (include, but are limited to, ATI Farms, dba Hidden Valley Orchards and any of their related business entities, all referred to jointly and severally as "Releasees") cannot completely mitigate the transfer of communicable diseases like COVID-19 especially when involved in its activities. Participation in these activities includes possible exposure to an illness, injury or death from infectious diseases including COVID- 19.

Moreover, I give the Farm permission to use my name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance as may be embodied in any pictures, photographs, video and audio recordings, digital images and the like, taken or made on behalf of the Farm resulting from my visit to the Farm and/or participation in associated farm activities, which the Farm may use and which likeness may appear on the Farm’s website, in any type of marketing, promotional or advertising materials, and/or on social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. I hereby irrevocably authorize the Farm to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute any likeness for purposes of publicizing the Farm, understand and agree that these materials will become the property of the Farm, waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears, and waive any right to any royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the same.  For myself and my heirs, executors, administrators, and legal representatives, I hereby waive, release, and discharge the Farm and its respective owners, members, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and assigns from any and all claims which arise out of or are in any way connected with such use.
