Introduced more than 40 years ago by Ely Reeves Callaway, one of the best-known names in golf, Callaway wines specialize in high quality California wines, which showcase Ely’s passion for precision in golf, wine and life.

Callaway Cellars enjoys a pedigree of more than 40 years of California winemaking, producing California classic wines focused on the best AVAs: Paso Robles, Napa Valley and California, stewarded by California native and winemaker Phil Hurst.

We will enjoy the following dinner meal, prepared by HVO's own kitchen, paired with these Callaway Winery selections: 

A Welcome toast with Gruet Blanc De Blancs Savage

Bruachetta paired with Reserve Sauvignon Blanc

Pear and Gorgonzola Fall Salad paired with Callaway Cellar Selections 2019 Chardonnay

Prime Rib with Garlic Whipped Potatoes paired with Brown Families Vineyards Malbec

And a Flourless Chocolate Cake paired with Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

Seating will be at communal tables in a farm style setting. If you have a large party that would like to attend, please purchase all tickets on one order so that we know you would like to sit togehter. Thank you.

This is a 21+ Event Workshop held at Hidden Valley Orchards.

Please note that due to the limited capacity for our special workshops, each registration is non-refundable, it is however transferable with advance notice. If you must cancel your reservation we will be happy to reschedule for another workshop event with a 48 hour notice prior to your event date. If emailed notification is not received we are unable to provide a credit for a different workshop.
