HVO Summer Plein Air Painting Day

Plein-air... pertaining to a manner or style of painting developed chiefly in France in the mid-19th century, characterized by a painting executed out of doors and representing a direct response to the scene or subject in front of the artist.

HVO SUMMER ART SERIES... Theme to boast the landscapes on farm celebrating the Orchard, Waterfall and the Covered Bridge.

You are invited to bring your easel and supplies and spend the day at HVO.

When you arrive please stop in at the Market Bakery counter to sign in and for a farm map that is highlighting the summer theme landmarks.

Painters of all ages & talent welcome to a day outdoors on farm creating.
