HVO Luminary Walk & Live Nativity Registration is FULL

HVO Holiday Luminary & Live Natitivity Farm Experience. 

Walking & self guided event. The walk is at least a 1/2 mile and longer depending on how far you would like to explore the farm and enjoy the luminary tour. We will be providing a QR code mapping the walk and all the must see components to the event. 

Come and enjoy...The NEW COOP Cocoa Barn, Hot Cider Hut & Handheld Sweets & Eats.

How the evening will work...

Multiple Reservation Times offered.

Please arrive 20 mins. prior to your reservation time. 

Watch for directional signs when entering the HVO Parking Lot. 

You will show the parking attendant a digital copy of your ticket receipt. 

They will provide your group with your admission bands. 

Please follow the parking team's directions as you enter our fields.

Ticket Price: PER VEHICLE; 9 person capacity or up to 15 person VAN  $20.00 

Please note that HVO is unable to accommodate RV's or oversized vehicles.  

Please note this is an ON FARM walk with hills and valleys. The paths may be hard packed dirt, gravel, asphalt and grass. 

We have taken into consideration stroller and wheelchair accessibility so all may enjoy the experience. You are welcome to bring a flashlight. 

We will be operating under the revised Ohio State mask mandate. When in a line or unable to socially distance please where a mask; this is guidance we must work under and appreciate you helping us with this protocal. The opportunity of this event is that all guests can enjoy a special holiday event outside in a safe manner. There will be heavy traffic upon entering the HVO Parking Lot; please be patient and we will get you checked in and on your way to the festivities as quickly and safely as possible. 

LIVE NATIVITY COMPONENT CONCLUDES AT 8PM.

LUMINARY WALK CONCLUDES AT 8:30PM WHEN GROUNDS CLOSE.
