HVO Fall Comfort Food Cooking Class

Join us at HVO as we cook our way into the fall months!

This is the start of our comfort food series. This cooking class is hands on. You will make a complete meal to take home to heat and serve; and you will enjoy a sampling of the menu as well while you are here on farm!

Tickets are $60.00 per person

Dates of classes: September 7th, September 14th, October 5th, October 12th

All from 6pm-8pm

Menu Includes:

Hungarian Stuffed Cabbage Rolls and Herb Roasted Potatoes:

Our Hungarian Stuffed Cabbage Rolls use a filling of ground meat and rice and a thick tomato sauce flavored with sauerkraut and bacon.

Kolachy Cookies:

The dough is super light and fluffy, and the cream cheese gives it a lovely rich and tart flavor.

***Please note that due to the limited capacity for our special workshops, each registration is non-refundable, it is however transferable with advance notice. If you must cancel your reservation we will be happy to reschedule for another workshop event with a 48 hour notice prior to your event date. If emailed notification is not received we are unable to provide a credit for a different workshop.
