The HVO Easter Bunny will be bouncing by Hidden Valley Orchards this Spring! 

April 3rd, 2021

From 10AM-3PM (Visit anytime between 10AM-3PM)

(Bunny breaks throughout the day; but there is enough to do and play; you won't miss your moment with the Bunny) 

The HVO Team has created an outside family fun day to enjoy time on farm with a Spring and Easter focus. 

This is a farm walk event to explore and enjoy the farm; appropriate shoe-wear encouraged! 

HVO is the perfect atmosphere to safely social distance while celebrating the season. 

REGISTRATION FOR THE FULL PARTICIPATION Bonanza PACKET CLOSES: 3/30 if NOT SOLD OUT BY THEN. 

You will still be able to visit the Market and enjoy HVO Farm and see the Easter Bunny. See BELOW.

If you simply want to stop by and enjoy time on the farm there is no 'registration' fee. Must be registered to enjoy all the aforementioned activities not including your stop at the bunny photo opp spot. The HVO Market (from 10:00am) plus The COOP Ice Cream Barn & The Crate Room (from 11:00am) will be open for service!

• Registration is $30 per family up to 5 in the party; $5.00 thereafter per person please.

• No refunds for this activity/event. If you must cancel your reservation, you will be provided a voucher in the amount of the reservation to use for a future event (cannot be used to purchase alcohol).

I, the visitor,  and visitors within my party acknowledge and understand that ATI Farms, LLC dba Hidden Valley Orchards, located at 5474 N. State Route 48, Lebanon, Ohio 40536 (“Farm”) is a working farm open to the public with live animals, machinery, and farm-related activities.  I am fully aware of the risks and hazards associated with visiting the Farm and with participating in, or being in the immediate vicinity of, the associated farm activities, including but not limited to the risk of accident, injury or even death, theft, or damages sustained by me or to any property belonging to me.  Notwithstanding such risks and hazards, I agree to voluntarily participate in visiting the Farm and voluntarily participate in, or be in the immediate vicinity of, the associated farm activities, thereby assuming all such risks and hazards.  For myself and my heirs, executors, administrators, and legal representatives, I hereby waive, release, and discharge the Farm and its respective owners, members, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and assigns from all claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses of any kind, which arise from or are related to my participation in visiting the Farm and with participating in, or being in the immediate vicinity of, the associated farm activities. The novel coronavirus ("COVID-19") has been generally declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization and COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. While rules, guidance, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist. The Releasees (include, but are limited to, ATI Farms, dba Hidden Valley Orchards and any of their related business entities, all referred to jointly and severally as "Releasees") cannot completely mitigate the transfer of communicable diseases like COVID-19 especially when involved in its activities. Participation in these activities includes possible exposure to an illness, injury or death from infectious diseases including COVID- 19. Moreover, I give the Farm permission to use my name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance as may be embodied in any pictures, photographs, video and audio recordings, digital images and the like, taken or made on behalf of the Farm resulting from my visit to the Farm and/or participation in associated farm activities, which the Farm may use and which likeness may appear on the Farm’s website, in any type of marketing, promotional or advertising materials, and/or on social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. I hereby irrevocably authorize the Farm to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute any likeness for purposes of publicizing the Farm, understand and agree that these materials will become the property of the Farm, waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears, and waive any right to any royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the same.  For myself and my heirs, executors, administrators, and legal representatives, I hereby waive, release, and discharge the Farm and its respective owners, members, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and assigns from any and all claims which arise out of or are in any way connected with such use.
