CUSTOMER CARE (MARKET)
HVO is in search of Staff to work in our market. This is a multifunctional position and the ideal candidate must love working in a busy environment, have excellent communication skills and enjoy working with the general public.
Customer Care Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet customers courteously.

Provide excellent and prompt services to customers.

Ensure fast financial transactions to minimize long register lines.

Adhere to store policies and procedures for operational efficiency.

Perform cash, card and check transactions for customer purchases.

Handle gift cards and coupons to customers when needed.
-
Handle cash register and manage incoming and outgoing cash.
-
Record financial transactions and perform account reconciliations.
-
Pack and bag products according to customer needs.

Maintain store equipment such as computers, printers and fax machines in safe and good working conditions.

Keep register terminal and store clean and orderly.
-
Stock and maintain the inventories according to store policies.
-
Perform the ‘cash count-out’ after every shift.

Guide customers to register lanes promptly and courteously.
-
Address all queries from both employees and customers.
