bonfire night details

Hidden Valley Orchards Bonfire Nights are offered June through November. There is a 20-guest minimum and 30-guest maximum to reserve the venue. The 2.5 hour outing takes place at the Historical Cabin venue and guests will receive tractor drawn wagon transportation to and from the site. Limited dates available, reserve early.

HVO Bakery has a variety of celebration treats, campfire snacks, s’mores baskets and more available to purchase. Inquire for menu and pricing. Must be reserved one week prior to Bonfire Night.

Tractor drawn wagon transportation to and from the venue site. Guests will check in at the HVO Market fifteen minutes prior to Bonfire Night reservation time and all guests will travel to and from the venue together in one ride. Departure from the venue will begin 10 minutes prior to conclusion of the three-hour event time. No vehicles permitted at venue site.  

Things to know...

Bonfires are a weather/grounds contingent outing. In the event Hidden Valley Orchards have to cancel original booking date and unable to reschedule a full refund will be provided.Bonfire Night booking is non-refundable with written guest cancellation request within 7 days of reservation; unless the date is rebooked.Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. No alcoholic beverages or glass permitted at the bonfire site.
